Open the blank face puppet in photoshop, add a layer with the mouth shape you want, for example surprised. name that layer surprised. delete the original surprised layer and put your new one in its place. I took a psd of my youtube persona i'd originally drawn up to use in live2d but abandoned when i wasn't satisfied with that.
